What is fiscalization and do I need it?
Fiscalization is the legal requirement in Zimbabwe to submit invoices electronically to ZIMRA in real time. If your business is VAT-registered or required by ZIMRA to fiscalize, you need one of the ZIMRA-enabled tiers. If not, the base plan is sufficient.
What is the difference between Internal ZIMRA and Fiscal Harmony?
Internal ZIMRA uses DaarahSuite's own direct integration with ZIMRA — no third party involved, managed entirely within your portal. Fiscal Harmony is a third-party fiscalization service; it requires a separate $28/month API licence paid directly to Fiscal Harmony, on top of your DaarahSuite subscription.
Can I switch plans or fiscalization providers later?
Yes. You can change your subscription duration at renewal. Fiscalization providers can be updated anytime by your system admin in Company Settings — no data is lost when switching.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The only additional cost beyond your subscription is the $28/month Fiscal Harmony API license if you choose that fiscalization option — and that is paid directly to Fiscal Harmony, not to us.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your workspace remains active until the end of your current paid period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it before it is permanently deleted.
