These terms govern your use of DaarahSuite. We have written them to be clear and fair — please read them before using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Daarah Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and any organisation or individual ("Subscriber") who registers for or uses the DaarahSuite Enterprise Resource Planning platform, accessible at daarahtech.com and all tenant subdomains.
By registering an organisation on DaarahSuite, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of their organisation and all users provisioned within their tenant environment. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
We believe terms and conditions should protect both sides equally. Before you read the legal detail, here is our plain-English commitment to every Subscriber.
No hidden fees — ever
The price you see at signup is the price you pay. No surprise charges, no automatic upsells, no fees buried in the small print.
Cancel anytime, no penalty
You are never locked in. Cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers owe nothing further after their current period ends.
Your data is always yours
Everything you enter into DaarahSuite belongs to you. We will never claim ownership of your business data, and you can export it at any time.
Fair treatment, always
We will not change prices, reduce features, or suspend accounts without proper notice. You will always have time to respond or leave.
These are binding commitments, not aspirational statements
The promises above are legally enforceable under the laws of Zimbabwe. If Daarah Tech Solutions materially breaches any of these commitments, you have the right to terminate your subscription immediately without penalty and seek appropriate remedy through the courts of Zimbabwe. We have signed these Terms willingly and stand behind every word.
The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document:
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Platform | The DaarahSuite ERP SaaS application hosted at daarahtech.com and all associated subdomains |
| Tenant | An isolated organisational environment — including a dedicated database, subdomain, and service — provisioned upon registration |
| Subscriber | The organisation owner who registers on the main system and holds the account and billing relationship |
| User | Any employee or individual granted access within a Subscriber's Tenant by the Subscriber |
| Tenant Data | All data created, uploaded, or processed within a Tenant's environment, including customers, invoices, stock, employees, and financial records |
| Trial Period | The initial 30-day free access period automatically granted to every new Tenant upon provisioning |
| Subscription | A paid monthly or annual plan that grants continued access to the Platform after the Trial Period |
| Daarah Tech Solutions | Daarah Tech Solutions, the company that develops and operates DaarahSuite |
When an organisation registers on DaarahSuite, a fully isolated Tenant environment is provisioned automatically. This includes a dedicated database, a unique subdomain (orgname.daarahtech.com), a pre-seeded company profile, and a 30-day Trial Period licence.
The Subscriber warrants that all registration information provided — including organisation name, domain, industry, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Daarah Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts created with false or misleading information.
Every new Tenant receives a 30-day free trial commencing on the date of provisioning. No payment or credit card is required to begin the trial. Full platform functionality is available during this period.

Suspended if unpaid
At the end of the Trial Period, the Subscriber must select and activate a paid Subscription to continue access. A reminder will be sent before the trial expires. Tenants that are not upgraded will be suspended — data is retained and access is restored immediately upon payment.
DaarahSuite is offered on two billing cycles:
| Plan | Billing cycle | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | Every 30 days, in advance | Flexible — cancel anytime before the next cycle |
| Annual | Once per year, in advance | Discounted rate; price locked for the full term |
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Invoices are generated automatically and available within the Subscriber's account. Accepted payment methods are published on the platform and may include mobile money, bank transfer, or card payment.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the Tenant will be suspended. If the account remains unpaid for 30 days after suspension, the Tenant may be permanently deactivated and Tenant Data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Daarah Tech Solutions may revise subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Subscribers on annual plans will not have their price changed mid-term. New pricing takes effect at renewal only.
Subscribers and Users must use the platform only for lawful business purposes, in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe and applicable international law. The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring all Users within their Tenant comply with these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Uploading malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or harmful scripts to the platform
Attempting to access, probe, or breach another organisation's Tenant environment
Storing or transmitting illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing content
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the platform
Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the platform without written authorisation
Circumventing licence restrictions, access controls, or billing mechanisms
Using automated scraping, bots, or crawlers against the platform's interfaces
Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity
Daarah Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend any Tenant found in violation of this clause, without prior notice, pending investigation.
All software, source code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, documentation, and other intellectual property constituting DaarahSuite remain the sole property of Daarah Tech Solutions. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the platform.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely during the active subscription period, for their own internal business purposes.
All Tenant Data remains the exclusive property of the Subscriber. Daarah Tech Solutions makes no claim of ownership over any data entered into the platform. We process Tenant Data only as required to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Daarah Tech Solutions will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure service at all times.
| Scenario | Our commitment |
|---|---|
| Scheduled maintenance | Communicated in advance with at least 24 hours' notice where practicable |
| Unplanned outages | We will work to restore service as quickly as possible and notify affected Subscribers |
| Force majeure events | Not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, etc.) |
| Third-party infrastructure | Not liable for failures caused by third-party hosting, DNS, or network providers |
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Daarah Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to any Subscriber for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that Subscriber in the three calendar months immediately preceding the claim.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for monthly plans, or at the end of the annual term for annual plans. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Daarah Tech Solutions may terminate or suspend a Subscriber's access — with or without prior notice depending on the severity — for:
| Reason | Notice given |
|---|---|
| Non-payment (30+ days overdue) | 7-day warning, then suspension, then termination |
| Breach of Acceptable Use policy | Immediate suspension; notice sent within 24 hours |
| Fraudulent registration or activity | Immediate termination |
| Platform discontinuation | 90 days' written notice to all Subscribers |
Upon termination, the Tenant environment is deactivated. Tenant Data is retained for 30 days following termination, during which the Subscriber may request an export. After 30 days, all Tenant Data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Daarah Tech Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that affect your rights, pricing, or data — we will provide at least 14 days' written notice via email and an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
For minor changes such as grammatical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of your agreement, we may update the Terms without prior notice. The current version will always be available at daarahtech.com/terms-and-conditions.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date without penalty.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this by providing written notice to the other describing the nature of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the written notice, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Zimbabwe, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
